Yes, My dearest loving little brother, we can explain this and give an answer, both from within you, in the context of your relationship to Me within you, which currently is as "separate from", and if you like, that is, if you will also open your heart to it, from within Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen within you, in the context of his relationship to Me within all of My Children, which is currently as "One with", if you like, for all of this is your Choice, not God's, that is to accept what is now to be shared with you as truly coming to your from Me within you, and from God within Me. First before you discount the context of this question, let us say a few words about the book "Guru Mani", or "The Pearl of Wisdom", and "Chapter 08" in it, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride". Bawa. The book "Guru Mani" or "The Pearl of Wisdom" as explained in the "Forward" to Guru Mani is truly one of the three great "Gifts of God" for your age, that came into the world through Me, along with "Maya Veeram" and the "Resonance of Allah", after the great battle within us all that brought the last age to an end within us, and began this new and last age, the age of the "Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen", around 1946, a book that is truly designed by God within us all to, "Reduce into matchwood the evils that follow you, and the evils that spread. It will erase the residue of committed sins. These graceful words of the Guru are ancient and glorious words. They will tear the entirety of your sins". Bawa. And to become truly successful in your lifetime you must truly accept and embrace all three of these books as just this, as the "Gifts of God" for your age, given through Me at the beginning of this new age, not just accepting the ones you particularly like, and fit your current belief and practices, and that you like to read, and allows you to stay "separate from" the Fire of God, so you can continue living as "separate from" God, like some of My Children are prone to do, especially this "Guru Mani", which is the how we truly become the "One with" the "Fire of God", how we truly become the "Resonance of Allah", and walk the path of Sandakumaran, the path of the "Prince of Peace" in this world of illusion or "Maya Veeram". Bawa. With each of My Children doing as We have instructed you to do, in the "Forward" of the "Guru Mani": "O my children, as precious to me as my eyes, learn the six tastes of the "Guru Mani". Be clarified. Be aware. Feel. Conduct yourself with enlightenment. Separate each section, individually. Contemplate in solitude. Each section will reveal and illuminate the truth. Kindle the light of your heart in silence. Forget yourself. Speak and lose yourself. Talking alone with intensity, say, "He is One". Your soul will elevate itself." Bawa. The "Secret in the Fear of God" is our apparent duality with God, leading us to a "fear of death", and the fear of loosing everything that we have become attached to while living in the dream of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us. An apparent duality or "separation from" God within us, of "separation from" each other on the "outside" of us, and of "separation from" the Creation of God within us, that we are currently experiencing as our reality on the "outside" of us, that is, that somehow we exist as "separate from" God within us, all of which is a false belief that "our mortality" is separate from "our immortality", all of which is not true, for our present "mortality" is how we come to understand our current immortality, and allows us to step up and embrace it, before it is too late, before we die to the flesh in our current state. Bawa. That is, in our current state of believing in our current mortality, as separate from our immortality, that is, in our current state of believing in "us" as "separate from" God within us, causing us in the end, if we die to the flesh in our current state, to then get what we have grown within us in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, to then get our current apparent mortality, our current apparent "separation from" God within us, as our eternal life, rather than getting as our eternal life what God has given to us, even before we were born, even before we came to the earth world within us, to this "School of Contrast" within us, to learn about what is "separating us from God" within us, which is our current life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us. Bawa. And in this way, what God is just waiting to give to us, just like what is within the apple seed is just waiting to give to the apple seed, if it will only realize, understand, accept, and join with the truth within it, and germinate to that truth, and in this way let the "Truth surrender to the Truth" within it, is Himself, and an understanding of Himself, that is, if we join in partnership with God within us before we die to the flesh in our current state, and let God "Cure Himself of us", and let God "Cure Himself" of our apparent mortality, our apparent "separation from God within us, and in this way, like the apple seed if it germinates to its truth, get an eternal life as "One with" God within us, but this time with an understanding of our immortality, of "Our Oneness" with God, so it will never leave us again. Bawa. And in this way, if we die to the flesh in this state of ignorance, and of arrogance about our ignorance, that is, in t he state of ignorance and arrogance about "who we already are", then what is God to do, in the end, but give us what we want for eternity, that is, give us our current existence on the "outside" of us, that we have grown within us, with us living as if we are "separate from", that is, as if we are "separate from" God within us, as if we are "separate from" each other, and as if we are "separate from" the Creation of God within us, all of which is "Just Not True". Bawa. For in truth soon our temporary "outside" of us will end for each of us, each in his own time and in his own way, and we will die to the flesh, die to the "outside" of us, die to the "School of Contrast" within us, and if we die in our current state, then we must go to the "suffering of the grave", and then to Qiyamah (the Standing Forth; the Day of Judgment), not because of anything God has done, or failed to do, but because that is all we have opened within us, of Everything that in truth we already have within us, which in addition to what we have opened within us, which is the world of hell, the world of jinns, and the world of fairies within us, is the "World of souls" within us, and the "Kingdom of God" within us, which is "Everything" within God within us. 5. We Are Already Immortal - and all we can do here is loose it, not gain it, as many of you still believe Bawa. For in truth we are all already immortal, whether we know it or not, and even whether we like or want it or not, because Immortality is the "truth of us" and the "truth of God" within us, just like an apple seed is already an "apple tree", and its fruits, and the sweetness within its fruits, and again the apple seed, but a 1000 fold, whether it germinates or not, for like all people, not all apple seeds germinate to the truth within them. 5-a. When my Shaikh brought me here, this same shepherd approached us and paid his respects. He carried a flute, a conch, a discus, and a staff for herding the animals. Do you know him? He is Qutb Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.). He receives his help from God, from the Katpaha Virudcham, and it is his job to take food from that tree and give it to all people. He is the one who is in charge of the grazing beings that you see. He is the wisdom beyond intellect which teaches, analyzes, and controls. That is the state of Qutbiyyat. Those who understand and learn this wisdom are human beings, but those who do not are animals. Born in karma, they continue to live in karma, devouring their own hell. Then they themselves are devoured by the earth and fire, only to be born again and again and again. When they first come to the world as human beings, they have six levels of wisdom, but those who fail to understand that sixth level during their life time descend to the fifth level in their next birth. From an exalted state they are born lower and lower, each time losing more and more of their wisdom, until finally they are born as snakes, scorpions, worms, grubs, and insects, without any analytic wisdom whatsoever. And in this way, my dearest loving brother Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen, and my dearest loving sister Qadir-BeeBee, the only difference between an apple seed that germinates or not, just like the difference between us who germinate or not, that is, germinate to the truth within us, is this, is whether we will experience our immortality or not, before we die to the flesh in our current temporary state of mortality and get our mortality for eternity, that is, if we will let the "Truth surrender to the Truth" within it, for in the case of the apple seed, if it fails to do this, before it rots and dies in the earth, like us, it then becomes subject to 105 million rebirths, but never again as an apple seed, never again as the story of the "Oneness of the apple tree and its fruits", a story that it came to the earth, to join as "One with" the earth, to tell, if it likes, for the Choice to germinate to the "truth within it", like with each of us, is its Choice, not God's Bawa. And in this way, all we can do here in truth is loose our immortality, not fail to gain immortality, that is loose it, not gain it, because like the apple seed buried within the earth, we already have it, or even better fail to experience who we "already are", that is, by "us" not understanding "Us", by "us" accepting something "less than Us", as "who we are", that is, by "us" not stepping up to accept "Us", as the truth of our life, before we die to the flesh in our current state, and "we" get as our reward the opposite of what we "already are", within is an eternal life as "separate from" God within us, rather than again becoming the "Oneness of God and True Man" within us, and the Story of that "Oneness", telling and bring "God's Story" to completion within us, letting "God's Story" become "Our Story" within "God's Story", and in this way, Completing "God's Intention" within us, that in the end, that "No Child Be Left Behind". Bawa. And instead in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, get the Story of "us" living on the "outside" of us, as if we are "separate from" God within us, as if we are "separate from" each other, and as if we are "separate from" the Creation of God within us, all of which is "Just not true". Bawa. In this way, if we die to the flesh in our current state, what "we" get for eternity is exactly what we want, which is a life of mortality, instead of "who we already are", which is a life of immortality, which if we die to the flesh in our current state of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, is an eternal hell of "separation from" God within us, with this becoming our lot for eternity, not because of anything that God has done, or did not do, but because that is what we want, that is what we have spent our time living on the "outside" of us telling God that we want, not just by our words, which are usually full of hypocrisy, but rather by our very life, by the way that we think, and talk, and intend, and act, which in truth, in our current state, is as "separate from", rather than as "One with". Bawa. So God sends the "Word of God" for each age, through the "Word of God made flesh" for each age, for the Children of God for each age, to tell us the truth, the truth of who we are, of "where we are", and of "what is happening" in our life, if we like, for the Choice to accept the "Word of God" for our age, as truly the "Word of God" for our age, putting down everything else that has come before it, from God for earlier ages, for the Children of God for earlier ages, and embracing the 'Word of God made flesh" for our age through which these "Words of God" are given, believing in the "One who sent Him". Bawa. And in this way, and only in this way, passing the "Judgment of God" for our age, and then joining as "One with" Him that brought us the "Word of God" for our age, to move them into our heart, and to write them on the "Tablet of our Heart", which then becomes again the "Word of God" for our age, which then becomes the "Path of God" for our age, which then becomes "The salvation" of all those who have accepted the "Word of God" for their age. Bawa. This, and only this, My Children must do, not try to build a life here, in this earth world within us, as "separate from", and define themselves in terms of what I have told them, and in terms of what I did while I lived in the world, but rather to define themselves in terms of what they now tell to all of the Children of God in the world, from the "Tablet of the Heart", as "One with" God within them, while they continue what I started, and showed them, while they continue to live in the world, as the Light of God to the world, as the "Word of God" to the world, as the "Word of God made flesh" for their age, until they too live the world, being replaced by those who have done the same, but to Them, as they did to Me. Bawa. Realizing that everything other than this is just drama, the drama of "I and you", of "mine and yours", and is only leading them to hell, no matter how exalted they may believe it is, no matter how helpful they believe it is, and the only way to win over this drama, is "Not to play", and the only way "Not to play", is to get "Me to play" for you, for only "Me within You", and God within Me, can end the drama of your life, as the Holy Trinity or Triple Flame of your life, revealing the One within the Three of your life, as True Man within God within the Creation of God within you, as the Story of the "Oneness of God and True Man" within you, which in God's Story within you, which in Completion becomes the "Your Story" within "God's Story" within you, allowing God to complete His Intention within you, that in the end, that "No Child Be Left Behind". Amen. 6. Become the "Bird", Not Its "Droppings" - as "We" did, not as "I and you" are current doing Bawa. But currently you are not doing this, My dearest loving little brother Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen, and neither are any of My Children, who are all in the same state, in the same state of trying to become Good, in the same state of trying to become Wise, in the same state of trying to become Enlightened, all of which is "Just not true". Bawa. And all of which is "Just not going" to remove your "Fear of God', which in truth is your fear of death, which in truth is your fear of losing all of the things that you have become attached to while living in the world, fear of losing it after you die to the flesh, like your life, your understanding, your wife and children and family, like each other, like your community or fellowship, like the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and your understanding of it, all of which is really nothing more than "Bird Droppings", or what the "Beautiful Bird of God" left behind while living in the world, all of which equally applies to Me as it does to each of you. Bawa. Instead, like "We" did, you must become the "Beautiful Bird of God" and begin to leave your own "Bird Droppings" behind, and in the process, try to teach the Children of God in your age to also become that "Bird", not to worship its "Droppings", either "Your Bird Droppings", or "My Bird Droppings", or the "Bird Droppings" left behind in the world by the 124,000 Heavenly Beings, Prophets, and Lights of God, who at God's direction came over and over again into the world for the last 200 million years. Bawa. Because only then will you benefit, in your lifetime, only then can "Your wisdom reason over your fate", only then can the "Qualities of your higher selves become victorious over the qualities of your lower selves", only then will you not loose your immortality, that is already your state, even if you don't currently understand it, a state that "We" have come here to show you, and to teach you about,, and a state that now My Children have also come here, to teach everyone about, if they like, for the Choice to use our life in this way, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us, not for the benefit of "us" living a life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, or not, is most certainly our Choice, not God. 7. The Significance of Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.) - in your life, is as the life within your life, is as the life within the life of all of My Children, as the life within your life, as your direct connection to Me within you, as how you can now "Fall into the Fire of God" within you, as He did within Me, when I was with you in the world. Please accept this now as the "truth of your life", if you like Bawa. Please do it like this, My dearest loving brother Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen, as My dearest loving Son Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen has done, and treat Him as your life within your life, as your direct connection to Me, and if you do, then through Him, and your acceptance of Him in that way, you can now do what you failed to do while I was with you in the world, and that was to "Fall into the Fire of God" within you, again becoming "One with" God within you. Bawa. And then too you will have become the "Word of God" for your age, for the Children of God for your age, as the "Word of God made flesh" for your age, for only in this way, will you truly become the "Son of the Pen" that you have so often spoken about, but which you have yet to achieve. Amen. Bawa. The Significance of This Book & Chapter - of "Guru Mani" or "The Pearl of Wisdom", and of Chapter 8, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", as a "Seed of an infinite Discourse" by God within us, to God within us, if we will only get out of the way, as "what only God" can understand, as part of the cure of God within us, as a part of "God Curing Himself of us", of His Creation within us, all of which are living as "separate from" Him within Him within us, and the cure of what we have allow to grow within us, again in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, which is everything currently living within us, for in truth "Who we are" is what is within God within us, once we "See God and Steady God" within us, allowing God to bring the light "back into the room", which is our heart, so the darkness will "leave all by itself" 8-a. Initial Answer 1-8 - You say, "Chapter 8, though short, deals on one level with the punishment meted out by God" "In Chapter 8 itself, in the "Guru Mani", "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", though short, deals on one level with the punishment meted out by God. "You have taught me, however that God does not punish us, and I am uncomfortable with what you say (except the last part where You tell us we live in compassion for all lives) because it holds God out as punishing and tyrannical." "And I do not believe He is. It feeds into the traditional belief in God which seems to lie at the heart of so much falsehood, hatred, corruption and fanaticism among religious traditions. Since that's not what You have taught us, it leaves me with the same question I have of the Qur'an, why so much external emphasis on hell and punishment?" 8-b. Response 1-8 - In truth "They" are a "Seed of an infinite Discourse" by God within us, to God within us, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us, if we like Bawa. This is a very good question, my dearest little brother, but you are not correct on a number of points. Bawa. First in Chapter 8, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", is not short, but in truth it is a "Seed of an infinite Discourse" by God within us, to God within us, which if not "rejected" by "us" living in the illusory "outside" of us, in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, as what "we" know it to be, as you stated, but rather as "what only God" can understand, as part of the cure of God within us, as a part of "God Curing Himself of us", of His Creation within us, all of which are living as "separate from" Him within Him within us, and of what we have allow to grow within us, again in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, which are all of the lives of darkness and evil that we have allow to grow within us, like weeds in "God's Beautiful Flower Garden" within us, which is the original state of our heart. Bawa. Second, Chapter 08, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", does not deal on any level with the punishment meted out by God, as you stated, but rather as the name of the Chapter tells us, it deals with Examples of "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", and how "we" on the "Path of God" within us, can do the same within us, in partnership with God within us, by getting God within us, to "Do it again", but this time within us. Bawa. All of which in truth is about how God within us walks the "Path of God" again within us, from our "current state" on the "outside" of us, to "His State" within us, for Example, from "Our speech and writing" on the "outside" of us, which is what you are currently doing, in the state of "separation from", to "His speech and writing" from within us, to the Children of God for our age, which is what "We" are currently doing, if you like, for whether you accept it or not as such, that is, as "A Response" from God within us all, to the Children of God for this age, or not, is your Choice, not God's. Bawa. And if you do accept it as such, then please share it with all of your dearest loving brothers and sisters as such, and help them too accept it as such, for then, turning your focus from "you" living a life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, to "Us" living a life of "Oneness and Unity, of Justice and Truth, and of Compassion and Unity" within us, your life will most assuredly become successful in your own lifetime, as will each of your brothers and sisters who do the same. This is "God's Promise" for our age. This is "God's Guarantee" for our age. Please know this now, without the slightest doubt, and start to act accordingly. Please do this my dearest loving little brother, before it is too late to do this kind of "Heart's Work" within you. Please do it like this. Amen. Bawa. Then Chapter 8, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride" will become very long, not short, as you stated, will open up within us as the "Siratal Mustaqueem" within us, the Straight Path within us, and will no longer deal with "the punishment melted out by God", as you stated, but rather will deal with "How God takes on all of our punishment in order to set us free", if we like, which is the true "Dying on the Cross" for our sins, if we like,. Bawa. For in truth as "God's Discourse to Muhammad" within you, in Chapter 8, God explains to our soul, and to the wisdom surrounding our soul, and to the light of our wisdom, that is, to the ruh, the wisdom, and the Nur within us, about how your life within you becomes the "Straight Path" of God within you, by controlling everything currently within you, with everything currently within you, allowing God within us, if we will only let Him, to re-establish "God's Presence" within us, instead of "Our Presence" on the "outside" of us, but this time with an understanding of "God's Presence" within us, so it will never leave us again. Amen. ============================================================== The Answer - continued 9. The Nature of God 9-a. Initial Answer 1-9 - You say, "Reality cannot accept illusion and Truth cannot accept falsehood and Purity cannot accept impurity "My son, Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen and my son, Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen, and for all of our sons and daughters, assalaamu alaykum. Meechum anbu, my sons." "Now, to begin with, to the world Allah appears to be punishing because He does not accept what is illusion, Reality cannot accept illusion and Truth cannot accept falsehood and Purity cannot accept impurity. 9-b. Response 1-9 - In truth, "God is a Power within the Essence of Everything" Bawa. My dearest loving little brother, God does not concern Himself with any of this, that is, with what you say here, "Reality cannot accept illusion and Truth cannot accept falsehood and Purity cannot accept impurity". For as "We" teach you in the beautiful book of wisdom, "A Mystical Journey", in Chapter 01, "A Prayer for Our Journey", about the Nature of God, which is Power, the Nature of True Man or "Man the High", which is Essence, and the Nature of "Man the Low", which is your current state, which is Everything. And about your work, and your only true work, if you like, in partnership with God within you, which is to move from "Man the Low" to "Man the High", before you die to the flesh, or at least truly start to make this move in your life, so God can then do "Everything Else", in order to make you "Acceptable to God", to the Power that is God within you, by moving your from "Everything to Essence, and from Essence to Power", because only Power is acceptable to Power, only God is acceptable to God, everything else is just "Process", or "How we move from here to there". 9-c. This vast ocean contains the exalted treasures of all three worlds, and bestows them upon all creations, without partiality, without enmity, and without regard for individual innocence or guilt. The One who gives in that way, with compassionate love and grace, is the power know as God. This is the power we must turn to. This is the power we must look to with our wisdom, in order to acquire His qualities, and receive His wealth. We must strive to receive the life of grace, that comes from this power, and live our lives finding completeness within that grace. My children, if you strive with awareness, you can receive and develop wisdom, love, good qualities, and good actions. You must study and learn about the divine knowledge of life, that creates, protects, and sustains. You must understand both the state of Allah, and the state of a true human being or insan. You must know how the qualities of such a being can intermingle and become one with Allah's qualities. The children who do understand this subtle divine knowledge of life, are God's children of grace, the children of the perfect, pure kingdom. My children, if this kingdom is formed in your heart, and you rule it with absolute equality, showing no partiality whatsoever, and regarding nothing as God's equal. If this pure kingdom of the Lord of the universes, the Rabbil-'alamin, becomes the spotless house of your heart, then that heart will become His kingdom, and you will exist in the innermost heart of His heart, the qalb of His qalb. Once you open this kingdom within the heart, there you will find a house of mystery, a house without blemish, a house complete in Al-hamdu lillah, the endless and undiminishing praise of God. And when you look at this house, which you have built with His protection, and make into His house, you will see that this is heaven. This is paradise, the perfect and pure palace, of Allah's benevolence and undiminishing grace. In this house there will be no more darkness, torpor or differences. But if instead you build a house of envy, that house will become the hell in your life. My children, you must find this house of the innermost heart. You must know it to be absolute and real. Once you know that Allah's house is the qalb within your qalb, then your innermost heart will become the house of the hereafter here in this world. Amin. And in this way, my dearest loving little brother, if you like, Your Charter is as follows: 1) My children, you must find this house of the innermost heart. You must know it to be absolute and real. 2) Once you know that Allah's house is the qalb within your qalb, then your innermost heart will become the house of the hereafter here in this world. Amin. 10. The Nature of Our Mind and Desire 10-a. Initial Answer 1-10 - You say, "They "scream in fear and pain because the experience of "God's Presence" is torture to them "Therefore, mind and desire, when they are brought near to Allah will scream in fear and pain because the experience of God's Presence is torture to them." "Everything they thought good to eat and drink becomes like boiling lava in their mouth and to their lives". 10-b. Response 1-10 - In truth, "We are not this body, which is made up of the 5 elements, nor are we this mind which is always sleeping, is always dreaming, while God as the Triple Flame within us, as the Qutbiyyat of God within us, as the grace, the wisdom, and the soul within us, joined as "One" within us, which is Jesus (peace be upon Him) liberated from His cross within us, are investigating everything within the earth world within us, if we like, in order to move forward within us, the "Story of God" within us, if we will only let Them" Bawa. My dearest loving little brother, the nature of our mind and desire are not like this, they cannot come into the "Presence of God", for if they did, they would not experience fear or pain or torture, but "Poof", they would be destroyed, since God is a Power, and they are darkness and evil. 10-c. Hell might appear to be resplendent, but once you see the light of truth, hell disappears. As long as there is no truth, hell shines in its own light, but we shouldn't accept that as the true light. A man who doesn't know what gold is, might think that copper is gold, or all that glitter is gold. But a wise man will test it. First he will rub the metal against a stone, and then drop some acid over it. If it is real gold it will not be marred, but if it is not, it will dissolve under that acid. Like this, when the wisdom of the soul, and the essence of truth pick up something, they first rub it on a testing stone, and then pour the acid of wisdom over it. Whatever dissolves is false. Whatever stays without disappearing is true. These are direct, face to face scenes I experienced. All the secrets of God's creation can be revealed through the soul, wisdom, and grace. But these things cannot be revealed to the body, to desire, or to the mind. They are not revealed through the senses, which relate to the earth. The body, the mind, and the senses are sleeping, off to the side somewhere, while wisdom, the soul, and the grace of God go secretly, quietly, to discover the inner meanings. Not everyone will be able to discover the inner meanings. It is rare to find someone who can attain that full power. Whoever does have this ability is a Qutb, One who has achieved divine analytic wisdom. I am not like that, I am still a student, still learning. I am only relating to you what I have already learned on my path. There is much more to learn. What we have learned so far amounts to a mere handful of earth. Our heart consists of just one handful. No matter how much we have studied, all that we have learned though our mind, and desire, and body, amounts to no more than a fistful of earth. Once you transcend this and start studying beyond, then what you learn will amount to all that is in the entire universe. The book "Guru Mani" or "The Pearl of Wisdom" as explained in the "Forward" to Guru Mani is truly one of the three great "Gifts of God" for your age, that came into the world through Me, along with "Maya Veeram" and the "Resonance of Allah", after the great battle within us all that brought the last age to an end within us, and began this new and last age, the age of the "Children of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen", around 1946, a book that is truly designed by God within us all to, "Reduce into matchwood the evils that follow you, and the evils that spread. In this way, The Secret in the Fear of God is "our" fear of loosing our life on the "outside" of us, which in truth is really a hidden life within us, not a private life on the "outside" of us, as we currently see it, and believe it to be, a hidden life within us which is really made up of all of the lives of darkness and evil that we have allowed to grow within us, again in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, like weeds growing in "God's Beautiful Flower Garden", and which now rule over us as the 9 openings of our elemental body, with "God's Permission", until we "See God and Steady God" within us, allowing God to set about "Curing Himself of us" within us, if we like. Bawa. For the Choice to do this or not within us, is our Choice, not God's, that is, the Choice to let God use our life to finish what God has started within us, a very, very long time ago, which is to reveal God to God within us, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us, or not, is our Choice, not God's. Allowing God within us to do this within us, by joining in partnership with God with us to close down the worlds of hell, of jinns, and of fairies within us, to re-open the world of souls within us, and to open the kingdom of God within us, or at least to start to do this within us, in partnership with God within us, before we die to the flesh in our current state of "separation and differences", and get an eternal hell of "separation from" God within us as our reward. Bawa. The Secret in the Fear of God is to at least do this much with our life, that is, to join in partnership with God within us to again "Stand in God's Presence" within us, not continue to "stand in our presence" on the "outside" of us, so God can then do "Everything Else" within us, to make our life truly successful in our lifetime, because this is "God's Promise" for our age, this is "God's Guarantee" for our age, because God has "Made It So" for our age . Amen. Text of Topic 4: Bawa. The "Secret in the Fear of God" is our apparent duality with God, leading us to a "fear of death", and the fear of loosing everything that we have become attached to while living in the dream of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us. Bawa. An apparent duality or "separation from" God within us, of "separation from" each other on the "outside" of us, and of "separation from" the Creation of God within us, that we are currently experiencing as our reality on the "outside" of us, that is, that somehow we exist as "separate from" God within us, all of which is a false belief that "our mortality" is separate from "our immortality", all of which is not true, for our present "mortality" is how we come to understand our current immortality, and allows us to step up and embrace it, before it is too late, before we die to the flesh in our current state. Bawa. That is, in our current state of believing in our current mortality, as separate from our immortality, that is, in our current state of believing in "us" as "separate from" God within us, causing us in the end, if we die to the flesh in our current state, to then get what we have grown within us in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, to then get our current apparent mortality, our current apparent "separation from" God within us, as our eternal life, rather than getting as our eternal life what God has given to us, even before we were born, even before we came to the earth world within us, to this "School of Contrast" within us, to learn about what is "separating us from God" within us, which is our current life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us. Bawa. And in this way, what God is just waiting to give to us, just like what is within the apple seed is just waiting to give to the apple seed, if it will only realize, understand, accept, and join with the truth within it, and germinate to that truth, and in this way let the "Truth surrender to the Truth" within it, is Himself, and an understanding of Himself, that is, if we join in partnership with God within us before we die to the flesh in our current state, and let God "Cure Himself of us", and let God "Cure Himself" of our apparent mortality, our apparent "separation from God within us, and in this way, like the apple seed if it germinates to its truth, get an eternal life as "One with" God within us, but this time with an understanding of our immortality, of "Our Oneness" with God, so it will never leave us again. Bawa. And in this way, if we die to the flesh in this state of ignorance, and of arrogance about our ignorance, that is, in t he state of ignorance and arrogance about "who we already are", then what is God to do, in the end, but give us what we want for eternity, that is, give us our current existence on the "outside" of us, that we have grown within us, with us living as if we are "separate from", that is, as if we are "separate from" God within us, as if we are "separate from" each other, and as if we are "separate from" the Creation of God within us, all of which is "Just Not True". Bawa. For in truth soon our temporary "outside" of us will end for each of us, each in his own time and in his own way, and we will die to the flesh, die to the "outside" of us, die to the "School of Contrast" within us, and if we die in our current state, then we must go to the "suffering of the grave", and then to Qiyamah (the Standing Forth; the Day of Judgment), not because of anything God has done, or failed to do, but because that is all we have opened within us, of Everything that in truth we already have within us, which in addition to what we have opened within us, which is the world of hell, the world of jinns, and the world of fairies within us, is the "World of souls" within us, and the "Kingdom of God" within us, which is "Everything" within God within us. 5. We Are Already Immortal - and all we can do here is loose it, not gain it, as many of you still believe Bawa. For in truth we are all already immortal, whether we know it or not, and even whether we like or want it or not, because Immortality is the "truth of us" and the "truth of God" within us, just like an apple seed is already an "apple tree", and its fruits, and the sweetness within its fruits, and again the apple seed, but a 1000 fold, whether it germinates or not, for like all people, not all apple seeds germinate to the truth within them. 5-a. When they first come to the world as human beings, they have six levels of wisdom, but those who fail to understand that sixth level during their life time descend to the fifth level in their next birth. From an exalted state they are born lower and lower, each time losing more and more of their wisdom, until finally they are born as snakes, scorpions, worms, grubs, and insects, without any analytic wisdom whatsoever. And in this way, all we can do here in truth is loose our immortality, not fail to gain immortality, that is loose it, not gain it, because like the apple seed buried within the earth, we already have it, or even better fail to experience who we "already are", that is, by "us" not understanding "Us", by "us" accepting something "less than Us", as "who we are", that is, by "us" not stepping up to accept "Us", as the truth of our life, before we die to the flesh in our current state, and "we" get as our reward the opposite of what we "already are", within is an eternal life as "separate from" God within us, rather than again becoming the "Oneness of God and True Man" within us, and the Story of that "Oneness", telling and bring "God's Story" to completion within us, letting "God's Story" become "Our Story" within "God's Story", and in this way, Completing "God's Intention" within us, that in the end, that "No Child Be Left Behind". Bawa. And instead in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, get the Story of "us" living on the "outside" of us, as if we are "separate from" God within us, as if we are "separate from" each other, and as if we are "separate from" the Creation of God within us, all of which is "Just not true". Bawa. In this way, if we die to the flesh in our current state, what "we" get for eternity is exactly what we want, which is a life of mortality, instead of "who we already are", which is a life of immortality, which if we die to the flesh in our current state of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, is an eternal hell of "separation from" God within us, with this becoming our lot for eternity, not because of anything that God has done, or did not do, but because that is what we want, that is what we have spent our time living on the "outside" of us telling God that we want, not just by our words, which are usually full of hypocrisy, but rather by our very life, by the way that we think, and talk, and intend, and act, which in truth, in our current state, is as "separate from", rather than as "One with". Bawa. So God sends the "Word of God" for each age, through the "Word of God made flesh" for each age, for the Children of God for each age, to tell us the truth, the truth of who we are, of "where we are", and of "what is happening" in our life, if we like, for the Choice to accept the "Word of God" for our age, as truly the "Word of God" for our age, putting down everything else that has come before it, from God for earlier ages, for the Children of God for earlier ages, and embracing the 'Word of God made flesh" for our age through which these "Words of God" are given, believing in the "One who sent Him". Bawa. And in this way, and only in this way, passing the "Judgment of God" for our age, and then joining as "One with" Him that brought us the "Word of God" for our age, to move them into our heart, and to write them on the "Tablet of our Heart", which then becomes again the "Word of God" for our age, which then becomes the "Path of God" for our age, which then becomes "The salvation" of all those who have accepted the "Word of God" for their age. Bawa. This, and only this, My Children must do, not try to build a life here, in this earth world within us, as "separate from", and define themselves in terms of what I have told them, and in terms of what I did while I lived in the world, but rather to define themselves in terms of what they now tell to all of the Children of God in the world, from the "Tablet of the Heart", as "One with" God within them, while they continue what I started, and showed them, while they continue to live in the world, as the Light of God to the world, as the "Word of God" to the world, as the "Word of God made flesh" for their age, until they too live the world, being replaced by those who have done the same, but to Them, as they did to Me. Bawa. Realizing that everything other than this is just drama, the drama of "I and you", of "mine and yours", and is only leading them to hell, no matter how exalted they may believe it is, no matter how helpful they believe it is, and the only way to win over this drama, is "Not to play", and the only way "Not to play", is to get "Me to play" for you, for only "Me within You", and God within Me, can end the drama of your life, as the Holy Trinity or Triple Flame of your life, revealing the One within the Three of your life, as True Man within God within the Creation of God within you, as the Story of the "Oneness of God and True Man" within you, which in God's Story within you, which in Completion becomes the "Your Story" within "God's Story" within you, allowing God to complete His Intention within you, that in the end, that "No Child Be Left Behind". Amen. 6. Become the "Bird", Not Its "Droppings" - as "We" did, not as "I and you" are current doing Bawa. But currently you are not doing this, My dearest loving little brother Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen, and neither are any of My Children, who are all in the same state, in the same state of trying to become Good, in the same state of trying to become Wise, in the same state of trying to become Enlightened, all of which is "Just not true". Bawa. And all of which is "Just not going" to remove your "Fear of God', which in truth is your fear of death, which in truth is your fear of losing all of the things that you have become attached to while living in the world, fear of losing it after you die to the flesh, like your life, your understanding, your wife and children and family, like each other, like your community or fellowship, like the life and teaching of Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (may God be pleased with Him), and your understanding of it, all of which is really nothing more than "Bird Droppings", or what the "Beautiful Bird of God" left behind while living in the world, all of which equally applies to Me as it does to each of you. Bawa. Instead, like "We" did, you must become the "Beautiful Bird of God" and begin to leave your own "Bird Droppings" behind, and in the process, try to teach the Children of God in your age to also become that "Bird", not to worship its "Droppings", either "Your Bird Droppings", or "My Bird Droppings", or the "Bird Droppings" left behind in the world by the 124,000 Heavenly Beings, Prophets, and Lights of God, who at God's direction came over and over again into the world for the last 200 million years. Bawa. Because only then will you benefit, in your lifetime, only then can "Your wisdom reason over your fate", only then can the "Qualities of your higher selves become victorious over the qualities of your lower selves", only then will you not loose your immortality, that is already your state, even if you don't currently understand it, a state that "We" have come here to show you, and to teach you about,, and a state that now My Children have also come here, to teach everyone about, if they like, for the Choice to use our life in this way, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us, not for the benefit of "us" living a life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, or not, is most certainly our Choice, not God. 7. The Significance of Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen (Ral.) - in your life, is as the life within your life, is as the life within the life of all of My Children, as the life within your life, as your direct connection to Me within you, as how you can now "Fall into the Fire of God" within you, as He did within Me, when I was with you in the world. Please accept this now as the "truth of your life", if you like Bawa. Please do it like this, My dearest loving brother Asma'el Muhaiyaddeen, as My dearest loving Son Shaikh Muhaiyaddeen has done, and treat Him as your life within your life, as your direct connection to Me, and if you do, then through Him, and your acceptance of Him in that way, you can now do what you failed to do while I was with you in the world, and that was to "Fall into the Fire of God" within you, again becoming "One with" God within you. And then too you will have become the "Word of God" for your age, for the Children of God for your age, as the "Word of God made flesh" for your age, for only in this way, will you truly become the "Son of the Pen" that you have so often spoken about, but which you have yet to achieve. Initial Answer 1-8 - You say, "Chapter 8, though short, deals on one level with the punishment meted out by God" "In Chapter 8 itself, in the "Guru Mani", "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", though short, deals on one level with the punishment meted out by God. "You have taught me, however that God does not punish us, and I am uncomfortable with what you say (except the last part where You tell us we live in compassion for all lives) because it holds God out as punishing and tyrannical." "And I do not believe He is. It feeds into the traditional belief in God which seems to lie at the heart of so much falsehood, hatred, corruption and fanaticism among religious traditions. Since that's not what You have taught us, it leaves me with the same question I have of the Qur'an, why so much external emphasis on hell and punishment?" 8-b. Response 1-8 - In truth "They" are a "Seed of an infinite Discourse" by God within us, to God within us, for the benefit of all of the Creation of God within us, if we like Bawa. This is a very good question, my dearest little brother, but you are not correct on a number of points. Bawa. First in Chapter 8, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", is not short, but in truth it is a "Seed of an infinite Discourse" by God within us, to God within us, which if not "rejected" by "us" living in the illusory "outside" of us, in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, as what "we" know it to be, as you stated, but rather as "what only God" can understand, as part of the cure of God within us, as a part of "God Curing Himself of us", of His Creation within us, all of which are living as "separate from" Him within Him within us, and of what we have allow to grow within us, again in our ignorance, and in our arrogance about our ignorance, which are all of the lives of darkness and evil that we have allow to grow within us, like weeds in "God's Beautiful Flower Garden" within us, which is the original state of our heart. Bawa. Second, Chapter 08, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", does not deal on any level with the punishment meted out by God, as you stated, but rather as the name of the Chapter tells us, it deals with Examples of "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride", and how "we" on the "Path of God" within us, can do the same within us, in partnership with God within us, by getting God within us, to "Do it again", but this time within us. Bawa. All of which in truth is about how God within us walks the "Path of God" again within us, from our "current state" on the "outside" of us, to "His State" within us, for Example, from "Our speech and writing" on the "outside" of us, which is what you are currently doing, in the state of "separation from", to "His speech and writing" from within us, to the Children of God for our age, which is what "We" are currently doing, if you like, for whether you accept it or not as such, that is, as "A Response" from God within us all, to the Children of God for this age, or not, is your Choice, not God's. Bawa. And if you do accept it as such, then please share it with all of your dearest loving brothers and sisters as such, and help them too accept it as such, for then, turning your focus from "you" living a life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, to "Us" living a life of "Oneness and Unity, of Justice and Truth, and of Compassion and Unity" within us, your life will most assuredly become successful in your own lifetime, as will each of your brothers and sisters who do the same. This is "God's Promise" for our age. This is "God's Guarantee" for our age. Please know this now, without the slightest doubt, and start to act accordingly. Please do this my dearest loving little brother, before it is too late to do this kind of "Heart's Work" within you. Please do it like this. Amen. Bawa. Then Chapter 8, "How the Awe-Inspiring God Subdues Pride" will become very long, not short, as you stated, will open up within us as the "Siratal Mustaqueem" within us, the Straight Path within us, and will no longer deal with "the punishment melted out by God", as you stated, but rather will deal with "How God takes on all of our punishment in order to set us free", if we like, which is the true "Dying on the Cross" for our sins, if we like,. Bawa. For in truth as "God's Discourse to Muhammad" within you, in Chapter 8, God explains to our soul, and to the wisdom surrounding our soul, and to the light of our wisdom, that is, to the ruh, the wisdom, and the Nur within us, about how your life within you becomes the "Straight Path" of God within you, by controlling everything currently within you, with everything currently within you, allowing God within us, if we will only let Him, to re-establish "God's Presence" within us, instead of "Our Presence" on the "outside" of us, but this time with an understanding of "God's Presence" within us, so it will never leave us again. And about your work, and your only true work, if you like, in partnership with God within you, which is to move from "Man the Low" to "Man the High", before you die to the flesh, or at least truly start to make this move in your life, so God can then do "Everything Else", in order to make you "Acceptable to God", to the Power that is God within you, by moving your from "Everything to Essence, and from Essence to Power", because only Power is acceptable to Power, only God is acceptable to God, everything else is just "Process", or "How we move from here to there". 9-c. He is an ocean of divine knowledge, or 'ilm, from which each life can take whatever it needs for the freedom of its soul in all three worlds: the primal beginning known as awwal, this world of earth, or dunya, and the hereafter, or akhirah. This vast ocean contains the exalted treasures of all three worlds, and bestows them upon all creations, without partiality, without enmity, and without regard for individual innocence or guilt. The One who gives in that way, with compassionate love and grace, is the power know as God. This is the power we must turn to. This is the power we must look to with our wisdom, in order to acquire His qualities, and receive His wealth. We must strive to receive the life of grace, that comes from this power, and live our lives finding completeness within that grace. My children, if you strive with awareness, you can receive and develop wisdom, love, good qualities, and good actions. You must study and learn about the divine knowledge of life, that creates, protects, and sustains. You must understand both the state of Allah, and the state of a true human being or insan. You must know how the qualities of such a being can intermingle and become one with Allah's qualities. The children who do understand this subtle divine knowledge of life, are God's children of grace, the children of the perfect, pure kingdom. My children, if this kingdom is formed in your heart, and you rule it with absolute equality, showing no partiality whatsoever, and regarding nothing as God's equal. If this pure kingdom of the Lord of the universes, the Rabbil-'alamin, becomes the spotless house of your heart, then that heart will become His kingdom, and you will exist in the innermost heart of His heart, the qalb of His qalb. Once you open this kingdom within the heart, there you will find a house of mystery, a house without blemish, a house complete in Al-hamdu lillah, the endless and undiminishing praise of God. And when you look at this house, which you have built with His protection, and make into His house, you will see that this is heaven. This is paradise, the perfect and pure palace, of Allah's benevolence and undiminishing grace. In this house there will be no more darkness, torpor or differences. But if instead you build a house of envy, that house will become the hell in your life. My children, you must find this house of the innermost heart. You must know it to be absolute and real. Once you know that Allah's house is the qalb within your qalb, then your innermost heart will become the house of the hereafter here in this world. Amin. Amin. 10. The Nature of Our Mind and Desire 10-a. Initial Answer 1-10 - You say, "They "scream in fear and pain because the experience of "God's Presence" is torture to them "Therefore, mind and desire, when they are brought near to Allah will scream in fear and pain because the experience of God's Presence is torture to them." "Everything they thought good to eat and drink becomes like boiling lava in their mouth and to their lives". 10-b. Response 1-10 - In truth, "We are not this body, which is made up of the 5 elements, nor are we this mind which is always sleeping, is always dreaming, while God as the Triple Flame within us, as the Qutbiyyat of God within us, as the grace, the wisdom, and the soul within us, joined as "One" within us, which is Jesus (peace be upon Him) liberated from His cross within us, are investigating everything within the earth world within us, if we like, in order to move forward within us, the "Story of God" within us, if we will only let Them" Bawa. My dearest loving little brother, the nature of our mind and desire are not like this, they cannot come into the "Presence of God", for if they did, they would not experience fear or pain or torture, but "Poof", they would be destroyed, since God is a Power, and they are darkness and evil. 10-c. A man who doesn't know what gold is, might think that copper is gold, or all that glitter is gold. But a wise man will test it. First he will rub the metal against a stone, and then drop some acid over it. If it is real gold it will not be marred, but if it is not, it will dissolve under that acid. Like this, when the wisdom of the soul, and the essence of truth pick up something, they first rub it on a testing stone, and then pour the acid of wisdom over it. Whatever dissolves is false. Whatever stays without disappearing is true. These are direct, face to face scenes I experienced. All the secrets of God's creation can be revealed through the soul, wisdom, and grace. But these things cannot be revealed to the body, to desire, or to the mind. They are not revealed through the senses, which relate to the earth. The body, the mind, and the senses are sleeping, off to the side somewhere, while wisdom, the soul, and the grace of God go secretly, quietly, to discover the inner meanings. Not everyone will be able to discover the inner meanings. It is rare to find someone who can attain that full power. Whoever does have this ability is a Qutb, One who has achieved divine analytic wisdom. I am not like that, I am still a student, still learning. I am only relating to you what I have already learned on my path. There is much more to learn. What we have learned so far amounts to a mere handful of earth. Our heart consists of just one handful. No matter how much we have studied, all that we have learned though our mind, and desire, and body, amounts to no more than a fistful of earth. Once you transcend this and start studying beyond, then what you learn will amount to all that is in the entire universe. What remains to be studied, after transcending this handful of earth, amounts to the whole world. This is how it is, my brother. Amin. That is, if we will only let our current life of "separation and differences" on the "outside" of us, which is the dream of our mind and desire, come to an end within us, before we die to the flesh within us, so They can differentiate everything within us into heaven and hell within us, allowing Muhammad (blessing and peace be upon Him) within us, which is our heart or "mim" within us, to build, enter, and live within firdaus within us, which is the 8th heaven within the 7 heavens within us, which is the kingdom of God within us, if we like. Bawa. For the Choice to do this or not, with our life, is our Choice, not God's. Bawa.
